Chameleon Net’s hosting service is based in a 1st class datacentre operated by Telstra. One of the largest telecommunications companies in the world.
The datacentre offers very high levels of physical security, enforces strict environmental controls (temperature and humidity levels), provides resilient power (backed up by a central UPS and diesel generator, which automatically kicks-in if both main power feeds to the datacentre fail) and excellent network connectivity.
Chameleon Net manages Telstra’s service provision and supplements it with hardware maintenance, patch management, backup, application management, monitoring and 24 x 7 support
