Where Chameleon has developed the application, or where a third party application has successfully completed an approval audit, Chameleon Net’s hosting service can be extended to cover application support.

This means that if the application is not functioning properly or performance is impaired then Chameleon Net will investigate the cause of the problem and endeavour to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.

Whether the issue is caused by a database problem, code error or an underlying OS or hardware problem, Chameleon Net will identify the cause and recommend a course of action to resolve the problem.
